Q: How does your Australian Bookkeepers Network (ABN) membership benefit your clients?

A: In addition to being a fantastic resource to help us to resolve issues quickly, membership of ABN offers access to “Bookkeeper-Client Connect”. This unique facility allows ABN members and their clients to securely transfer computer files that are either too large or too sensitive to be sent by email. Each of our clients can be set up with their own username and password. PaperChase have a customised interface which lists each of our clients and the files which have been transferred. “Bookkeeper-Client Connect” brings greater efficiencies to our business and minimises the downtime, travel and storage costs associated with more traditional means of exchanging files.
